Trinity bashed her head open at the pool on the water slide stair railing. The YMCA was absolutely wonderful about cleaning it up and keeping her calm. And Ken and Trinity were total troopers at the hospital.

Joy in July

July is, of course, a month that starts out with a bang with Canada Day and July 4th. It is also my mother’s birthday and full on summer activity. We went to the Zoo, entered in the County Fair, and I even made a Dragon. July is always a busy month.

This July we had family come to visit. Nana and Baba drove up with the cousins. So there was lots to do with them.

Happy America Day

Echo is still trying to get her mouth around Independence Day… so often it is America Day. And ours was on the relaxing side. We actually had a bit of a celebration the day before with the Schwartz family. Full on fun – a pool, bouncy house AND we made poutine.IMG_20170703_183421_841
