Patterns are Up and Working! Check it Out!

So after 4 weeks of waiting my patterns are finally – somewhat – up on the site! If you click the Patterns link at the top of this page it will take you right to them. The prices range from 1.00-3.00 and at the bottom of the page are freebies. I expect Ken will clean up the messed up links tonight or tomorrow and add the rest of the patterns. I would love any and all suggestions and opinions as to how I can improve the page or a design you would like to see. It is exciting though and a decent start!

Last night I managed a one evening stitch that will be up for sale tomorrow for 2.00 – a Brontosaurus. I plan on making a series of these all with basically the same dimensions that I will later attempt to make into a quilt! So be sure to let me know your favourite dinosaur to add to my list! I think tonight I will get started on a Stegosaurus!

We spent the majority of today quietly though we did make our weekly trip to H&W. They had bananas for 59 cents a lb as well as 5 lbs of carrots for 2.00. The boys love going there as they have the fruit leather snacks for 39 cents a piece. Even Trinity knows where they are and goes right over to grab her own (though she doesn’t actually get to EAT hers… just hold it and then when she forgets about it it is Mommy’s).

Last night Xinny stopped by – they got back from China on the 5th with the clothing she picked up for me for the kids! What a great variety! A few of the items are a little large so I am holding them back to give to the kids for Christmas. But of course I had to deck Trinity out in an outfit today. Talk about adorable. I look forward to putting her in the other pieces and taking pictures… of course.

So Much!!! All VERY Cute!

Tonight is our gaming night and Ken has worked so hard on patterns and my site I decided to make up a loaf of banana bread – Ken’s favourite! Tomorrow I have to get back into baking cookies – this time specifically to freeze for Christmas. I figure I just need to get back into the swing of it. After all – baking is rather relaxing for me and if I can just get the family (and our friends) to stop snitching cookies I may even get ahead of the game! IF! Cookies and boys… seems like the boys just can’t help themselves – little ones OR grown!

  1. Hi there Lisa,
Thanks for the encouraging comments on my organization…I’m trying to get my whole house organized….I think that when my boys were growing up we were in the thick of living and my personal organization got the backseat, now I have a bit more time, for one reason and and another :).

I’ll have to go check out your patterns. Good for you for following your dreams. I love the dinosaur….been there, done that! I once did a whole slew of ninja turtles, back in the day!
