Father’s Day Learning in Sunshine and Shade

June 12-13

Midweek comes quickly when you have a day off to spend with Daddy. Wednesday was an overcast day so we did inside things. With a fashion show to boot. Trinity had her garage sale find shirt and Echo a pretty pink dress, one of the last ones Grandma had given her before we left. We have continued our story time with a Father’s Day theme… I love reading the book and then finding some crafty or fun way to tie it into our lapbook… I am sure we have amassed a bit of stuff to create a lovely family book!

The twins ended up card gaming it up when the weather refused to impress. Thursday was much better allowing us to continue our dinosaur dig. This time with new assistants BUT with our head paleontologist as Emanuel. He is a fair and kind boss when it comes to hunting for dinosaur bones. More time on that Father’s Day lapbook… after all Father’s Day is right around the corner.
