Today is the day… she is really a toddler now at 3 yrs old! Where has the time gone??? Our Echo Serenity is now a going concern… In 3 short years she has had heart surgery, changed countries, learned to talk, walk, hold a pencil, climb, left a trail of broken hearts and created a following of loved ones who find her absolutely irresistible. Happy Birthday my pixie baby!!!
