So When Does Life Get Easy ?

Well, the van is not driveable right now, the twins are being full blown 2 and I am working on lack of sleep and breastfeeding hormones… what does all of this mean? Lisa is feeling a wee bit weepy.
Ken is taking the van into be looked at tonight, I am starting pumping this week to freeze up some milk for emergencies or use with cereal, and the twins – well we are letting them live … for now LOL JOKING.
We had to borrow a vehicle from Ken’s boss Saturday to get to the city to do shopping and meet up with Karyn and the Den Otters for a dinnerdate. It turns out that for a family with 3 kids a Pacifica just is NOT big enough! We did not have the room for strollers, luckily we were planning on getting an umbrella stroller for my flight in October so we did not have to tow a carseat around. He actually liked being in the stroller and looked VERY cute. We also got the twins’ wagon and I was able to get a couple of very cute nursing tops. I still need to get shoes for my trip but I overdid it wearing a favorite pair of 2/3 inch heeled boots and irritated my foot. I got gout almost a decade ago using an acne medication that did NOT work DANGIT … I have had 3 kids and gout felt way worse!!! Once you have it once the crystals that build up never totally go away and all that walking in heels when I am used to comfy (and not so cute) sandles irritated them. But I so wanted to wear my favorite long pants LOL. So with the van out of order and a twin group meeting on Wednesday I am babying my foot with the hope that I will be able to walk the 4 blocks or so without pain.
Naptime has become a struggle, don’t get me wrong the twins NEED IT but they fight it tooth and nail. If only they would talk… listen better… Oh well with time… right? Right?
