Almost There…

Requisition is in hand… nurse suggested I NOT cancel my appointment at the diabetic clinic (why would I until I hear the results??)… but I am eating well right now, and balanced and without my beloved slurpees…

The weather was NOT conducive to large amounts of time spent outside with the kids, so while the two little ones and I had a nap (wow was I tired this afternoon – up late, out of bed early and then having to explain to the nurse that NO they had NOT lost my results, rather the dr and I did not trust them) Ken had the boys working on numbers and then playing with flashcards. This then morphed into a favourite activity – PLAY DOH!

Last night I managed to complete the last old page for Trinity’s scrapbook… exciting, but almost a let down! Now what? I DO still need to do her 2yr photo page but have special plans for that one so it is actually an “in the works.”

Reflections!

As an added bonus I also got done the two God-Father to be Father’s Day cards. Baby #5 is VERY lucky in having a set of Canadian Godparents AND a set in Minnesota. (The Perrins and the Jatzo-Hubers) Sadly in order to combine an envelope God-Daddy to be Scott will NOT be getting his card on time, rather I will be shipping it down AFTER Tuesday’s medical bonanza so that I can include a picture of the newest ultra sound.

Cards

I really wish I could share the progress on the latest cross stitch – a wedding present. I am in the final stages where we are ironing out the fancy details and then DONE… next I think I am doing up Anna’s baby sampler, followed by my commission that is needed for August but I want an early ship date to be SURE it gets there with plenty of time… then the list goes on. BUT at least the creative juices are flowing.

Tomorrow we start my “birthday weekend”… first with taking the boys to my mom’s and DROPPING THEM OFF! Then back home to spend some time with Trinity and Ken, and then… some more maternity photos!!! Yay! Of course to be add to my deviantArt account – if they are any good!
