Monday Not too Mad Madness

So I have not managed to do any scrapbooking this weekend… of course I found time to make a LIST of the pages since Echo was bornĀ  that I need to do for Trinity… So that is a start.

Today was another snowless day to the great disappointment of the boys. Gavin made up for it in creativity. He took lined paper, a pencil, scissors and masking tape and came up with this!!!!

I am so glad he is jumping in with both feet for every opportunity to learn or create something new. Sadly Zander is determined to drag his feet and be cranky about doing anything that is not simple and fun. I still have to find a good way to motivate him.

I have taken the ribbons I bought yesterday and curled up a bunch for a couple Halloween hair things. I have to say making korker ribbons is relaxing.

We did set the boys to work at their blue table with the last of their worksheets, however against it they were… I am hoping tomorrow we can finish up on those and move onto more fun activities… maybe some painting?

Ken got the laminating done that we had piling up tonight and I have started the work on the putting together the Human Body Mini Office. The math and english ones are working so well that I am excited to come up with more ideas.

The rest of our week is up in the air… Ken is calling our mechanic tomorrow, the part should be there. I am hoping to get some of these hair things done and put away as well as get all of our Halloween stuff put away and bring our Christmas things upstairs (though no put them out yet of course). Ken has his birthday party coming up in 2 weeks so I need to be sure we are set up for all the guys and their computers. Should be fun though. But back to crafting and cleaning!
